Guided by the company motto “The Art of Vulcanization”, TSM – founded in 2005 – quickly established itself successfully on the international market.
Since mid-2021, TSM GmbH & Co. KG has been part of Rameckers Group, a family-run company with more than 50 years of experience in producing vulcanization systems.
Our motto guides how we think and act. It commits us to developing innovative, high-quality products and to turning our customers' needs worldwide into concrete, first-class solutions – and it drives our continuous improvement.
In addition to extruders, hot air, infrared and microwave systems, we offer flocking technology for surface finishing and further downstream equipment. TSM is known in particular for projects in the automotive supply industry, which we deliver all over the world.

Less is more
Protecting the environment and using resources carefully is a matter of course, an obligation and a challenge for us. Following this principle,
- efficient use of resources and environmentally friendly processes are the priority when we develop new systems,
- exhaust air is cleaned by a highly efficient catalytic oxidation unit that achieves top cleaning performance at the lowest temperature level and therefore low operating costs,
- we set new standards with a hot air vulcanization system that saves more than 30 percent energy.
Use the power of the group
Since mid-2021, TSM has been part of Rameckers Group – a family-run group with more than 60 years of mechanical engineering in Nettetal and more than 50 years of experience in building vulcanization systems. As a TSM customer, you benefit from everything the group brings together on site.
In-house manufacturing in Nettetal
Sheet metal centre with laser cutting and robot-assisted laser welding, turned and milled parts from modern CNC machines, our own paint shop – the components of your machine are made within the group.
Control cabinets and PLC
Control cabinets and PLC programming are done in-house – the electrical engineering of your line included.
Assembly up to the finished line
Final assembly and plant construction take place in Nettetal – up to the finished vulcanization line.
Design and development
Mechanical and electrical design, a development centre with a pilot plant for trials and research together with the IKV at RWTH Aachen University.
Technologies of the sister companies
Gerlach's electrostatic exhaust air cleaning and the VulcaRAMix simulation software are available to TSM customers too.
