Cooling Lines
Water cooling channels for fast product and surface cooling.

Cooling lines for rubber and silicone profiles
Directly downstream of vulcanization
Our cooling lines automatically cool profiles made of rubber and silicone. Depending on the product, cooling is done with water, air or a combination of both.
Typical applications
- Automotive sealsCooling and drying right after vulcanization.
- Wiper rubbersCooling before cutting to length.
- Windows & façadesCooling trough with air drying.
- Construction & infrastructureControlled cooling of heavy profiles.
- Commercial & agricultural vehiclesCooling with water and air.
- Endless sealing systemsCooling before cutting to length.
- HosesCooling trough followed by air drying.
- Medical technologyGentle cooling.
- Food & agricultureCooling and drying.
Cooling trough
The cooling trough is installed directly after the vulcanization line. The rubber profile enters the cooling channel over an infeed roller and is kept under water over its entire length. On leaving the trough, it passes through an air-drying nozzle.
Water/air cooling line
For flocked profiles made of rubber or PVC, directly after the flocking line: the profile runs on non-driven transport rollers and is additionally blown with cold air.
