Our extruders are in operation at many customers – whether as a single unit, in combination or together with a complete production line.
Our extruder designs focus on space-saving solutions, so that several components can be extruded at the same time.

Standard extruders
Our standard extruders are available in various sizes from 60 to 120 mm screw diameter. They are suitable for all extrudable rubber compounds and are particularly compact.
Vacuum extruders
Ideal for pore-free profiles and hoses: a special screw and a degassing barrel connected to a vacuum pump remove volatile components from the rubber compound.
We preferably use vacuum extruders in continuous, pressureless vulcanization lines.
Silicone extruders
Together with the Institute for Plastics Processing (IKV) in Aachen, Germany, we developed a particularly modern and intelligent extruder. OPC UA interfaces and extensive sensor technology allow process parameters to be monitored and controlled.
Co-extrusion systems
Thanks to our space-saving designs, co-extrusion systems extrude several components at once and add metal reinforcement where required. This allows you to produce multi-layer rubber profiles; we arrange the extruders flexibly to suit your needs.
Extrusion tooling
In addition to our extrusion systems, we develop and manufacture extrusion heads and co-extrusion tools to your specifications.
