Our systems are designed for the highly productive manufacture of flocked and finished textiles in a continuous process. Depending on customer requirements and output, we supply them in various lengths, working widths and heating capacities.

Modern control systems ensure a high degree of automation and excellent dimensional accuracy of the products.

Full-surface flocking

Flocking line for DC and AC flock

The flocking line processes DC or AC flock and all types of cut flock fibres available on the market for direct application systems. The electrostatic equipment complies with VDE regulation 0147.

The line processes all commercially available glitter materials in all colours and sizes on the market for direct application systems.

Brush cleaning

Cleaning of the flocked substrate

The brush cleaning unit mechanically cleans the front and back of the flocked substrate with a rotating brush and three rotating beater shafts. The loosened flock is extracted and collected in a bag.

Infrared dryers

Continuous drying of endless textile webs

Short-wave infrared emitters with thyristor controllers allow the heating power to be adjusted continuously from 0 to 100 % – with short heat-up and cool-down times and fast heat input into the surface.
