Flocking systems for rubber profiles
Drum flocking and open flocking
Flock is a widely used finish for profiles and seals. We supply the complete equipment for flock application: flocking drums to apply the flock as well as the required drying units.
Our flocking machine uses a metering brush approx. 1,000 mm long and approx. 200 mm in diameter, combined with drum metering. The metering unit is installed in the drum and is height-adjustable to the rubber profile. No climate booth is required.
