UHF Rubbervulcanisation Machines

The micor-waves machine complies with the the Eurpean standards EN 60215 (max. 5mW/cm ²; with 5 cm). Generally our machine lies 10 times under the European standards (approx. 0,1 up to 0,5 mW/cm²) even with rubber-metal profiles. The alignment of the magnetrons and the power supply are incorporated in such a manner that a quick change will be possible.

An inimitable distribution system which is working with a constant distribution all over the conveyor-belt (unique characteristic) makes this machine unbeatable.The UHF-zones include each 3 microwaves generators of 2 kW each; the power of these generators can be adjusted from appr. 0 up to 2 kW.
