Infraredshock vulcanisation

This unit leads to a significant improvement of following:

Increase of efficiency (increased production speed > 25 %)

Reducing of markings of the band conveyor resp. avoiding 360° shock vulcanistaion of not vulcanized Elastomer-Extrudate.

Improvement of the surface structure on cellular rubber profiles-

Increase of the stableness of lip-profiles (elimination of lace supports).

Increased energy deposit with nonconducting blends (UHF).

With a productionspeed of the line of approx. 15m/min. and with an inflow temperature of the extrudates of approx. 90°C the surface will be heated up to 200°C.
